The face is not the only body part you should take care of. Your hair, lips, hands and feet, and the rest of the body are just as important. For hair care, you need a good shampoo and a good conditioner. The scalp and hair must be washed with a shampoo regularly to keep them absolutely clean and to avoid future hair problems. Conditioners can be applied to hair, kept on for a minute or two and then washed away, or they can be special leave-in conditioners which do not need to be washed off. Blow driers should be used wit discretion as they tend to dry the hair and scalp. Dry, chapped lips can spoil the beauty of your face. It is necessary to use a nourishing lip balm at least once a day, or as often as required. Lipsticks and lip glosses must also be chosen carefully, since harmful lip colors can affect the natural color of your lips. After a bath, a full-body nourishing lotion can be used to restore the skin€™s moisture. A few drops of jojoba, olive or almond oil mixed with bath water also serve the same purpose. Exfoliation of the body can be done regularly with exfoliating bars or even a simple loofah. For the hands and feet, a light nourishing lotion during daytime and a heavy nourishing cream at night help to keep the skin as well as the nails healthy. Trimming and keeping your nails clean also make the hands and feet look good.
